Thank you for shopping at Fil-Fresh. We provide high-quality replacement filters for clean air and water, with a focus on both product performance and customer experience.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our return and refund policy below. 

Return & Exchange of Unwanted Items

To be eligible to return or exchange unwanted items, the following conditions must be met:

● The request for a return or exchange must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

● Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags intact and in resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

● Contact Us: Email us at service@fil-fresh.co with your order number and reason for the return.

● Return Authorization & Shipping: If approved, we’ll provide a return address. Please include your order number inside the package and share the return tracking number with us.

Note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

● Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at service@fil-fresh.co.

Exchange

Please follow the return process outlined above. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@fil-fresh.co within 7 days. Be sure to provide your order number and photos or videos showing the issue.

We will work with you to resolve the matter, which may include sending a replacement item or issuing a refund.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order after payment only if it has not yet shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at service@fil-fresh.co. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will fall under our Return Policy.

Refused Orders

If a package is refused for reasons not related to our error, the customer is responsible for both the original and return shipping costs and may be subject to a restocking fee.
